Supanova Comic Con & Gaming has revealed its huge first wave of celebrity guests set to appear at its upcoming Sydney and Perth conventions, with several major names from film, television and pop culture confirmed.
Starting of the list of guests is Christopher Lloyd, best known for playing the iconic Doc Brown in the Back to the Future trilogy. Lloyd’s legendary career also includes roles in classics like The Addams Family and Who Framed Roger Rabbit, making him a guests fans won’t want to miss.
Joining him is Anthony Daniels, the actor behind C-3PO in the Star Wars saga. Fun fact, Daniel’s is the only actor to appear in every theatrical Star Wars film. This is a huge appearance for Star wars fans.
Also confirmed is Simon Pegg, bets known for his work on Shaun of the Dead and Hot Fuzz as part of the cornetto Trilogy. He also had some roles in fan-favourite franchises including Star Trek, Star Wars and Mission: Impossible. Pegg’s blend of blockbuster and comedy projects makes him one of the most anticipated guests this year.
Rounding out the headline guests is Adam Savage, best known as the co-host of MythBusters. Savage is also a respected special effects artist and prop builder, having worked behind the scenes on numerous Hollywood productions. Adam also hosts a YouTube series called Tested.
Some other guests attending include Holly Marie Combs (Charmed), Veronica Taylor (Pokémon), Neil Fanning (Scooby Doo).
Supanova has confirmed that more guest announcements are on the way in the lead-up to the events.
The Sydney Supanova event will take place 19–21 June 2026 at Sydney Showground, Olympic Park, before the convention heads west for Supanova Perth on 27–28 June 2026 at the Perth Convention & Exhibition Centre.
